3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentifies the material to be removed, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, you must submit a written communication to the copyright agent that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which BarberVogue.com may be found.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will restore the content unless the copyright owner provides us with a court order. You will be notified if the content is reinstated.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, BarberVogue.com has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We will promptly remove or disable access to material on the website when we are notified of a valid DMCA complaint, and we will take reasonable steps to terminate repeat offenders from our site.
