We strive to deliver high-quality services to all of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours after the service has been completed. We will do our best to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

In the event that a service is unsatisfactory, we offer the following:

  • Re-service: We will arrange for a re-service at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a re-service is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we may offer a full or partial refund for the service rendered.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours after the service has been completed.
  • You must provide details about the issue you encountered with the service (e.g., dissatisfaction with the haircut idea, content, etc.).
  • Refunds are only considered for services that have not met reasonable expectations as discussed during the service appointment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully rendered and completed.
  • Custom services or special requests where the customer has already approved the service before completion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or re-service, please follow these steps:

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to book the service. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
